Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je pořízení 2 kusů identických nových hnacích drážních vozidel nezávislé trakce (dále jen „lokotraktorů“), určených k provozu na vlečce s technickou připraveností na dodatečnou instalaci ETCS s následným provozem na dráze celostátní a regionální, a to včetně zajištění tzv. „full servisu“ lokotraktorů, v rámci něhož je prvních 24 měsíců řešeno v rámci záruky za jakost a to včetně pravidelné údržby a revize lokotraktorů dle návodu na údržbu výrobce a po skončení této 24 měsíční záruky za jakost je po dobu následujících 36 měsíců poskytována kompletní údržba, opravy a revize lokotraktorů vyjma nákladů na náhradní díly (dále také jen „full servis“), podrobněji jsou rozsah a podmínky full servisu stanoveny v Příloze č. 2) ZD. Lokotraktory musí být schváleny Drážním úřadem ČR pro provoz na dráze jiné než celostátní nebo regionální podle § 43c, zákona č. 266/1994 Sb. Součástí dodávky je také zaškolení obsluhy, a to v rozsahu a za podmínek stanovených v Příloze č. 2) ZD.
