De opdracht is in zijn geheel vervat in één perceel: Een Backup & Recovery platform 1. Geavanceerde Databescherming • Back-up op verschillende niveaus: Volledige, incrementele en differentiële back-ups. • Snapshot-integratie: Snel herstel van gegevens via op snapshots gebaseerde bescherming. • Immutability (Onveranderbare back-ups): Bescherming tegen ransomware en datacorruptie. 2. Multi-Cloud en Hybride Ondersteuning • Ondersteuning voor hybride cloud: Back-up van zowel on-premises als cloud-gebaseerde workloads. • Hypervisor support: native ondersteuning van courante HV platformen (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, KVM, ...) • Db/NoSQL support: Native support voor courante Db platformen (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, Db2, Sybase, MongoDb, ...) • Multi-cloud compatibiliteit: Ondersteuning voor AWS, Azure, Google Cloud en private clouds. • Cloud-to-Cloud back-up: Bescherming van cloudgebaseerde applicaties zoals Microsoft 365 en Google Workspace. 3. Snelle en Efficiënte Herstelopties • Instant Recovery: Direct herstel van virtuele machines, databases of bestanden zonder lange downtime. • Granulair herstel: Mogelijkheid om individuele bestanden, e-mails of databases terug te zetten. • Disaster Recovery Orchestration: Automatische failover naar secundaire locaties voor bedrijfscontinuïteit.
4. Automatisering en Orkestratie • Policy-based back-up: Automatische back-ups op basis van vooraf gedefinieerde regels. • Integratie met ITSM-tools: Automatische meldingen en integratie met tools zoals ServiceNow en Splunk. • Orkestratie voor DR-tests: Geautomatiseerde failover-tests zonder impact op productieomgeving. 5. Cyber Resilience en Ransomware Bescherming • Anomaly Detection & AI-gestuurde beveiliging: Detectie van verdachte wijzigingen in data en onregelmatige back-up activiteiten. • (Hash based) Search capabilities: Detectie en actief zoeken naar (eerste) voorkomen van malicious data in backup sets • Air-Gapped & Immutable Storage: Back-ups die niet kunnen worden gewijzigd of verwijderd door aanvallers. • Zero Trust Beveiliging: Strikte toegangscontrole en multi-factor authenticatie (MFA). 6. Schaalbaarheid en Performance • Deduplicatie en compressie: Beperkt opslaggebruik en verbetert prestaties. • Parallelle verwerking: Versnelt back-up- en herstelprocessen door gebruik van scale-out architectuur • Edge- en remote back-up ondersteuning: Bescherming van endpoints, IoT en externe locaties. • Storage Tiering: mogelijkheid tot tiering van backend storage in functie van backup policies 7. Compliance & Governance • Retentiebeleid en Legal Hold: Voldoen aan regelgeving zoals GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001. • Audit Logging & Reporting: Transparante logging van alle back-up en herstelacties. • End-to-end encryptie: Bescherming van gegevens zowel in transit als in rust. 8. Centrale Beheeromgeving • Single Pane of Glass Management: Eén dashboard voor monitoring en beheer. • RBAC & MFA: Role based Access controls voorbeheerders, SSO SAML2 en multi-factor authentication • 4-eyes enforcement: Mogelijkheid tot vereisen van dubbele authorisatie bij policy/config changes • Self-service herstelportaal: Gebruikers kunnen zelf bestanden terugzetten zonder IT-interventie. • API- en scriptintegratie: Ondersteuning voor REST API’s en Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
