Original language: GermanUniversitätsmedizin der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz HI-TRON Helmholtz-Institut für Translationale Onkologie Beschreibung der Art und des Umfangs der Leistungen Die Universitätsmedizin der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz plant auf ihrem südwestlichen Gelände den Neubau eines Forschungs- und Laborgebäudes für das Helmholtz Instituts für translationale Onkologie und Krebsimmuntherapie. Der Neubau HI-TRON bildet den Schlussstein der bereits fertiggestellten Reihe modularer Gebäude (PKZI/KTI/NIC) am Kilian Weg, im Südwesten des Geländes der Universitätsmedizin Mainz. Das Gebäude besteht aus einem rechteckigen Massivbau mit Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss, 4 Obergeschossen und einer Technikzentrale im Dachgeschoss (5. Obergeschoss). In den Geschossen 1-4 wird der Neubau mit einem geschlossenen, verglasten Brückenbauwerk an den Bestand angeschlossen. Diese Vergabeeinheit befasst sich mit den Leistungen für Sanitär, trockene Feuerlöschtechnik und Technische-Gase im gesamten Gebäude. Dabei handelt es sich um die Installation einer funktionsfähigen Komplettanlage von der Übergabestation Hausanschluss, der Verteilung der Leitungen im Gebäude (Schacht und Etagenverteilung), sowie die Installation von Sanitärbereichen. Zusätzlich wird ein Laborbereich mit entsprechender Technik der KG410 und KG 470 versorgt und eine trockene Feuerlöschleitung im Gebäude vorgesehen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Bereiche Schmutzwasser, Regenwasser, Laborabwasser, Kondensat, Druckleitung Hebeanlagen, TWK, TWW, Zirkulation, Betriebswasser, VE-Wasser, Druckluft, CO2-Gas und Feuerlöschleitung (trocken). Die Laborbereiche sind zusätzlich mit Notduschen ausgestattet, als Übergabe zur Labortechnik werden Kugelhähne als Schnittstelle verwendet.
