Original language: GermanUniversitätsmedizin der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz HI-TRON Helmholtz-Institut für Translationale Onkologie Beschreibung der Art und des Umfangs der Leistungen Die Universitätsmedizin der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz plant auf ihrem südwestlichen Gelände den Neubau eines Forschungs- und Laborgebäudes für das Helmholtz Instituts für translationale Onkologie und Krebsimmuntherapie. Der Neubau HI-TRON bildet den Schlussstein der bereits fertiggestellten Reihe modularer Gebäude (PKZI/KTI/NIC) am Kilian Weg, im Südwesten des Geländes der Universitätsmedizin Mainz. Das Gebäude besteht aus einem rechteckigen Massivbau mit Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss, 4 Obergeschossen und einer Technikzentrale im Dachgeschoss (5. Obergeschoss). In den Geschossen 1-4 wird der Neubau mit einem geschlossenen, verglasten Brückenbauwerk an den Bestand angeschlossen. Diese Vergabeeinheit umfasst die Leistungen der Gebäudeautomation im gesamten Gebäude.
