Description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued to potential consultants (tenderers) by Broadland Housing Association (Broadland) on behalf of Independent East (the consortium) for the purpose of submitting a tender for internal audit services. The model must combine collective purchasing power with coordinated, risk-based assurance, shared intelligence, thematic learning, meaningful benchmarking and demonstrable value for money, while preserving each member’s independent governance, accountability and annual audit opinion.
