Must have performed as the prime contractor for sewerage pipe jacking work ordered by a national or local government with a contract amount (including tax) of 50 million yen or more in the past 10 years (up to the day before submitting the documents). Sewerage pipe jacking work refers to jacking work with a nominal diameter of 350 mm or more. Contract experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to work where the investment ratio is 20% or more.
Assigned Personnel:
Must assign a supervising engineer or chief engineer for the relevant construction industry to the construction site as stipulated in Article 26 of the Construction Industry Act.
Other:
(1) Not subject to the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order.
(2) Must be listed in the Komaki City Construction Work Bidder List.
(3) Not subject to designation suspension or gang exclusion measures.

(6) Not a construction company that is the contractor for the design work of the relevant construction or is related to such contractor in terms of capital or personnel.
