By submitting a price proposal, the Participant confirms that the proposed goods do not originate from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.

Participants who are not VAT payers, in order to bring their proposal price to equal terms with other VAT-paying participants, submit their proposal price including VAT (20%). That is, when submitting their proposal price, participants who are not VAT payers add 20% VAT to their base proposal price. An agreement with the winner who is not a VAT payer is concluded without taking into account VAT (20%) based on paragraph 3 of clause 66 of the Procedure for forming and using the electronic catalog, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020, No. 822.

Terms of delivery of goods
DDP – destination warehouse (station) for residents
DAP – destination warehouse (station) for non-residents
Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the destination (under DDP/DAP delivery terms) are included in the price of the goods (procurement item)

Year of manufacture: The shelf life of the goods at the time of delivery is not less than 80% of the total shelf life

Warranty for goods: Corresponds to the shelf life of the Goods indicated by the manufacturer.

Delivery times for goods: Within 150 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement, according to the provided requests*, but no later than 30.11.2026.**

*This delivery period will be specified in the procurement agreement.
**The specified goods delivery date is approximate, determined by calculation, and is informative in nature and has no legal consequences. This date may not be specified in the procurement agreement.

Payment terms: Payment within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate or invoice and the invoice provided by the supplier based on it.

Requirements for packaging and labeling:
Vacuum packaging. According to factory packaging. Packaging is non-returnable. Packaging is clean, not deformed. Defects are not allowed – if defects and any other shortcomings that could in any way affect the quality characteristics of the goods are detected by the Customer, the Supplier replaces the goods in the quantity specified in the Customer's request within three days.

Permissible deviation during shipment from the total quantity of goods - +0% / -1.5% of the total quantity of goods (the percentage may be changed and agreed by the Parties before signing the agreement)

Delivery of goods is carried out by specialized vehicles in accordance with the rules for the transportation of food products.

The frequency of goods delivery is determined and carried out according to the customer's request (according to provided distribution lists).

Upon delivery of the goods, the supplier provides documents confirming the quality compliance of the goods with state standards: manufacturer's declaration or quality certificate issued for the goods, indicating information about the name of the goods, reference to DSTU, valid at the time of delivery, certified by the Supplier
