The expected cost of the procurement item is indicated without VAT. The price in the supplier's proposal is submitted without VAT and includes the cost of all other expenses necessary for the execution of the procurement contract. The evaluation of supplier proposals is carried out without VAT. The contract amount includes VAT if the goods supplier is a VAT payer, and the goods supply transaction is subject to VAT.

The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. By submitting its proposal price, the supplier confirms that the goods it offers are not goods from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.

Upon delivery, the following are provided:
1. Quality certificate and/or quality passport or other document issued by the actual manufacturer for the proposed goods (procurement item), which confirms the values determined by the contract terms, of the following parameters:
- bulk density, not less than;
- content of dust and clay particles, % by mass, not more than.
2. Certified copy of the certificate and/or passport and/or protocol for the content of radioactive substances.

Requirements for packaging and packing: No packaging or packing is provided.

The maximum permissible deviation in quantity (tolerance) is -0.5/+0% of the total quantity of Goods supplied.

Year of manufacture of the goods: Not more than 12 months from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery.

Warranty on the goods: The warranty on the goods (procurement item) is at least 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods and is not less than the manufacturer's warranty period.

Other conditions:
The customer's representative (foreman, or other authorized person) in the presence of the Supplier's representative(s), using special level sensors (laser rangefinder, tape measure, measuring rod, level, etc.), checks the volume of the delivered goods in m³ and agrees to its acceptance by signing the relevant acceptance and transfer acts (or delivery notes).
