26-MAPA-S248 | Rwanda High-Level Dialogue Series on Startup Financing Expertise France invites qualified Consultancy Firms to submit proposals for the design, facilitation and coordination of the Rwanda High-Level Dialogue Series on Startup Financing. The assignment will be implemented over approximately 18 months and will include six high-level dialogue sessions, stakeholder engagement, evidence generation, facilitation, and the development of recommendations and knowledge products.
