Original language: noAvdeling for Biobanker skal anskaffe en moderne og fleksibel pipetteringsrobot som styrker avdelingens kapasitet til å håndtere biologiske prøver på en sikker, effektiv og sporbar måte. Automatisert pipettering er nødvendig for å sikre høy datakvalitet, redusere manuelle feil og opprettholde stabile arbeidsprosesser i møte med økte krav til presisjon, dokumentasjon og gjennomstrømning.Løsningen skal støtte hele arbeidsflyten – fra alikvotering til overføring av data til LIMS. Systemet skal også muliggjøre automatisert normalisering av DNA-prøver basert på konsentrasjonsdata fra eksterne analyseinstrumenter, slik at videre analyser får standardiserte konsentrasjoner og volum. Dette krever sømløs integrasjon mot eksisterende IT-infrastruktur og måleinstrumenter, samt programvare som understøtter datadrevet og automatisert pipettering.Roboten skal tilby fleksible og brukervennlige metoder som enkelt kan tilpasses ulike materialer, volumer og laboratorieformater – uten behov for avansert programmeringskompetanse.Anskaffelsen omfatter leveranse av ett (1) instrument, installasjon, ferdigstilt programmering, opplæring, en omfattende serviceavtale og opsjoner på ev. instrumentspesifikt forbruksmateriell og tilhørende utstyr. Opsjonsperioden skal reflektere utstyrets forventede levetid.Hovedmålet med anskaffelsen er å øke kapasiteten og nøyaktigheten ved håndtering av ulike biomaterialer som fullblod, plasma, serum, urin og DNA.
