As part of the fire fighting at RL Rusendorf, test fields 1 and 2 (opt.) are to be produced on the industrial settling plant (IAA) with coal slurry and ash in preparation for further planning. Scope of services during the entire service period: • Test field 1 (PF1 - dimensions 10x15 m on the surface) - Construction site setup - Construction of access road (approx. 225 t mineral mixture 0/32 to 0/45) - if necessary, construction of an access ramp and protection of the water pipe over a length of 10 m (undermining the water pipe; full-surface laying of a steel plate (2 m wide, 25 mm thick) on the mineral mixture; installation of 2 sheet piles as cover for the pipe; sand filling of the pipe; covering the structure with mineral mixture; full-surface laying of a steel plate (2 m wide, 25 mm thick) - Construction of the upper plateau area (approx. 350 t mineral mixture 0/32 to 0/45) - Construction of the ramp for the excavator's setup area (approx. 530 m³ excavation; approx. 140 m³ backfill; surplus material in intermediate storage approx. 390 m³; surfacing of the access road with mineral mixture 0/32 to 0/45 approx. 140 t) - Clearing the test field area of tree trunks etc. using machinery - 1st layer PF1 supply coarse aggregate (approx. 300 t) and install (approx. 300 t) - 2nd layer PF1 supply and install mineral mixture (approx. 80 t) - Produce formation and supply and install geogrid (approx. 165 m²) - 3rd layer PF1 supply and install mineral mixture (approx. 60 t) - Supply and install temperature measuring points (3 pcs.) - Surveying (using drones; initial survey, construction-accompanying survey per layer, final survey) - Documentation • Option Test field 2 (load test) - Production of measuring marks and setup of measuring concept - additional material extraction from embankment area (approx. 60 m³) - Installation of the temporarily stored material and the additional material (approx. 450 m³) as a cone in the area of the east dam (installation height up to approx. 5 m) - Surveying (using drones; initial survey, construction-accompanying survey every 30 minutes, final survey) - Documentation Execution period: 30.11.2026 to 22.01.2027 Individual deadline: 18.12.2026 for the completion of the construction work of test fields 1 and 2 The measure is under mining supervision.
