Konkurransen gjelder levering av rådgivning overordnet forprosjekt for to kirker i Lillesand. Formålet med dette oppdraget er å sikre god planlegging og dokumentasjon for fremtidige tiltak for middelalderkirkene Høvåg og Vestre Moland i Lillesand kommune. Prosjektet er støttet av Kirkebevaringsfondet og skal gjennomføres i tråd med kravene til overordnet forprosjekt, slik det er definert i behovsbeskrivelse med vedlegg.
