Technical Staff Construction Experience - Must be able to assign a supervising engineer or chief engineer with construction experience (experience as an assigned engineer) shown in the left column to the construction site on a full-time basis (however, full-time assignment is not required if the contract amount is less than 45 million yen (90 million yen for general building construction) or if it falls under the proviso to Article 26, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Industry Act). - "Construction experience" refers to experience as a prime contractor's assigned engineer (for joint ventures, limited to members with a share ratio of 20% or more; if using a shared construction method, limited to cases where the shared construction falls under the construction shown in the left column; and limited to public works (excluding cases where the order type is building construction, electrical equipment construction, or heating, cooling, and sanitary equipment construction).
