2.- Las Empresas participantes, deberán remitir las ofertas originales a la Siguiente dirección: Edificio Cuerpo bajo “C”, Quinto piso, Departamento de Servicios Generales, ENEE, Centro Cívico Gubernamental, Tegucigalpa M.D.C. ********
3.- Las Empresas participantes deberán presentar su oferta conforme a las condiciones especiales establecidas por la ENEE, publicada en la plataforma de Honducompras 1.0 ********
4.- Las ofertas deberán ser entregadas en el lugar, día y hora señalados en el aviso de publicación en la plataforma de Honducompras 1.0. las cotizaciones deberán presentarse en sobre cerrado y en el exterior colocar el número de proceso respectivo fecha y hora de apertura.. ********
5.- La descripción del proceso se debe realizar según lo requerido por el usuario en la solicitud de pedido y/o la requisición de compra.

6.- Las ofertas presentadas deberán ser firmadas y selladas por el representante Legal de la Empresa o la persona designada por ellos, es obligatorio adjuntar las especificaciones técnicas de lo ofertado, describir el impuesto respectivo (si aplica); El tiempo de entrega es condición determinante al momento de la adjudicación, así mismo indicar el tiempo de garantía (si aplica) y la validez de las ofertas.

7.-Es de carácter obligatorio cumplir con las fechas de entregas plasmadas en las Ofertas, en caso de incumplimiento se aplicarán las multas establecidas en el artículo 88 de las Disposiciones Generales del Presupuesto 2023 y las mismas se notificarán a la Oficina Normativa de Contrataciones y Adquisiciones del Estado (ONCAE).
