(11) This work includes additional points in the comprehensive evaluation for companies that implement wage increases. (12) This work includes additional points in the comprehensive evaluation for companies certified under laws and regulations as promoting work-life balance, etc. (WLB promotion companies). Competitive Participation Qualifications: (1) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budget, Settlement, and Accounting (hereinafter referred to as "Budgetary Order"). Minors, persons under guardianship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for contract conclusion may be applicable under special circumstances in the said article. The experience does not need to be for the same work as the company's construction experience. 3) For supervising engineers, must possess a Supervising Engineer's Certificate and a Supervising Engineer Training Completion Certificate. 4) Must have a direct and continuous employment relationship with the bidder and be able to present documentation proving it. 5) Periods during which full-time assignment of a chief engineer or supervising engineer is not required are as follows: ① Period from contract conclusion until commencement of on-site construction. (Period until the site office is set up, materials are delivered, or temporary work begins.) The date of commencement of on-site construction will be determined through consultation with the supervisor after the contract conclusion. ② Period after project completion, inspection, and only administrative procedures and cleanup remain.
