Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego 3-05-25-135-0 „Remont: Konserwacja rurociągów oraz przyłączy wodociągowych na terenie Winograd w Poznaniu”, polegających na: • wykonaniu dokumentacji projektowej - 1 kpl, • przebudowie sieci wodociągowej w wykopie otwartym tj. przez wyciągnięcie istniejących przewodów o średnicy DN100 i DN150 mm z żeliwa i montaż nowych rur PE100RC o średnicy DN180 SDR17 po śladzie istniejącego wodociągu o dł. ok. 916 m, • przebudowie sieci wodociągowej metodą bezwykopową ze zmianą trasy tj. poziomym przewiertem sterowanym rurami PE100RC o średnicy DN180 SDR17 z płaszczem naddanym dla przejścia poprzecznego ul. Słowiańskiej na wysokości ul.
