(parcel no.: 2840) 200 meters long Regős u. (parcel no.: 3246) between Sellő u. - Pesti streets, 200 meters long 2nd written consultation: • At the intersection of Erzsébetliget köz, Kádár utca, the connecting road, and Kinizsi streets, 2 designated pedestrian crossings will be created with special lighting and pedestrian connections. One is on Kinizsi street, the other on the connecting road parallel to the railway. • On Kinizsi street along its entire length on the west side and along Erzsébetliget köz next to the bike path, a paved sidewalk will be built to ensure safe and continuous pedestrian traffic. • Currently, there is a public lighting cabinet in the path of the sidewalk, the relocation of which is also part of the task. • The relocation of one bus stop each on Erzsébetliget köz and Kinizsi street, and the construction of a foundation suitable for receiving a passenger shelter. 3rd written consultation: Lomb utca parcel no. 3524 A solid surface pavement will be constructed along the entire length of Lomb street, 106 meters, and 3 meters wide. On the south side with a K-edge, and on the north side with a recessed road edge. The rainwater from the pavement will be introduced into a drainage ditch with grass joints to be built in place of the existing ditch in Sellő street, for infiltration, with a K-edge to be constructed on the south side of the street. Further tasks include the installation and removal of traffic signs, adjusting existing built-in driveways to the new road level with materials identical to their own, and protecting and preserving trees, shrubs, and planted vegetation as needed. The traffic order of Lomb street will change after the completion of the investment, becoming one-way from the direction of Sellő street. Határ utca parcel no. 3195 A solid surface pavement will be constructed along the entire length of Határ street, 194 meters, and 3.7 meters wide, with recessed road edges on both sides. Rainwater from the pavement will enter a new manhole planned at the intersection with Thököly utca via a verge drain, from where it will be channeled through a U-shaped concrete channel planned between Attila utca and the fence on the other side, into the ditch of Attila utca.
