Performance of main inspection, running repairs, accident repairs and modernization of railway passenger coaches operating in domestic traffic according to the GKT-300-AA-1022-b Main Inspection Instruction, as specified in the technical description. The Service Provider's task is to perform the tasks detailed in the technical description attached to the framework agreement, up to the exhaustion of the framework amount of HUF 27,650,413,583 net, but for a fixed period of up to 24 months from the date of entry into force. The framework agreement enters into force on the date of its signing. In accordance with point 3.3 of the Framework Agreement, the portion of the framework amount subject to ordering obligation is at least 77% (seventy-seven percent) of the framework amount of the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority may, within the validity period of the Framework Agreement, order the performance of the tasks under the Framework Agreement by the Contractor in installments and according to a schedule determined by its decision, up to the amount of the framework amount of the respective Framework Agreement, with the understanding that it does not undertake any obligation for the partial or full exhaustion of the portion of the Framework Agreement framework amount not subject to ordering obligation.
