Възлагане на обществена поръчка на основание чл. чл. 82, ал. 1 от ЗОП и сключено Рамково споразумение № СПОР-44/12.12.2025 г. на Централния орган за покупки с предмет: „Доставка на копирна хартия за нуждите на органите на изпълнителната власт и техните администрации” по ОП № 5 „Доставка на нерециклирана и рециклирана копирна хартия А3“, Министърът на културата отправя покана за сключване на договор: 1. Предмет на договора: „Доставка на нерециклирана и рециклирана копирна хартия А3 за нуждите на Министерство на културата“. 2. Срок за изпълнение на договора: до достигане на максималната му стойност, но не-късно от изтичане срока на рамково споразумение № СПОР-44/12.12.2025 г. Договорът може да бъде удължен с не-повече от 6 месеца, при наличие на финансов ресурс, без увеличаване на стойността /по аргумент на чл. 4 от цитираното РС/. 3. Място за изпълнение на договора: Административната сграда на Възложителя – Министерство на културата, гр. София, бул. „Александър Стамболийски“ № 17. 4.
