We hereby announce that a post-qualification limited open competitive tender for construction will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 167-6, Paragraph 1 of the Local Autonomy Act (Cabinet Order No. 16 of 1947) and Article 7 of the Komaki City Contract Regulations (1980, Regulation No. 11).

This tender will be conducted using the electronic bidding subsystem of the Aichi Electronic Procurement Joint System (CALS/EC) (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Bidding System").

Construction Experience:
Must have experience as the prime contractor in water pipe laying or replacement work with a contract amount (including tax) of ¥10 million or more, for ductile iron pipes (NS pipe or GX pipe) with a diameter of 150mm or more, or polyethylene pipes for water distribution (EF joint) with a diameter of 50mm or more, ordered by national or local governments within the past 10 years (up to the day before the submission of documents).
Contract experience as a member of a joint venture will be limited to projects where the equity ratio is 20% or more.
Bidding Method: Use the Aichi Electronic Procurement Joint System (CALS/EC).
Bidding Participation Qualification Requirements:
Construction Business Permit: Must have a construction business permit for water supply facilities in accordance with Article 3 of the Construction Business Act (1949, Act No. 100).
Head Office in Komaki City: Must have a comprehensive evaluation score of 600 points or more for water supply facility construction.
(6) Must not be a contractor who received design services for the work or a construction contractor related to such contractor in terms of capital or personnel.
"Contractor who received design services for the work" refers to the following:
Design Company: Circle Sekkei Co., Ltd.
Supervising Engineer: Must assign a supervising engineer or chief engineer corresponding to the permitted business category for the work, as defined in Article 26 of the Construction Business Act, to the construction site.
Other:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Act.
(2) Must be registered in the Komaki City Construction Work Bidding Participant Qualification List.
(3) Must not have been subject to bid suspension or exclusion of gangsters.
(4) Must not have filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act or for commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act.
(5) Must not be under business suspension.
