Opdrachtgever: Rijkswaterstaat Programma's, Projecten en Onderhoud
De doelstelling is om met dit contract de afdeling handhaving te ondersteunen bij het effectief handhaven van wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot het lozen van afvalwater. Hiermee wordt de controle bedoeld op de naleving van de lozingsnormen door bedrijven welke een lozingsvergunning hebben van RWS en die lozen op rijkswater en ook te bepalen hoeveel verontreinigen er worden geloosd. Om dit doel te kunnen bewerkstelligen zijn er ±150 afvalwater bemonsteringen bij een 50-tal meetpunten benodigd. Deze monsternames zijn verspreid over het gehele jaar. De bemonsteringen vinden plaats volgens de NEN 6600-1 (2019).
