Подлежащите на доставка компютри и компютърно оборудване следва да съответстват напълно на всички изисквания на Възложителя от техническите спецификации. В Техническите спецификации не се съдържат изисквания, насочващи към определен производител или доставчик, нито търговска марка, патент или произход, характеризиращи компютрите и компютърното оборудване. В случай на посочване от Възложителя в Техническата спецификация на стандарти, модели, източници, процеси, търговски марки, патенти, типове, произход или производство следва да се има предвид "и /или еквивалент". Предлаганите компютри и компютърно оборудване следва да са нови, неупотребявани, да не са мостри и да не са рециклирани, като съответствието с това изискване се доказва от избрания за изпълнител участник преди сключване на съответния договор за обществена поръчка. Компютрите и компютърното оборудване следва да се доставят в оригинална опаковка с ненарушена цялост и да са в актуална производствена листа на производителя.
