The Secretaría Distrital de Planeación (District Planning Secretariat) is seeking professional services to support the Sub-Directorate of Consolidation. The primary focus of this contract is the development of studies related to the verification of the application of urban planning norms within the consolidation and conservation treatment areas. Furthermore, the services will involve proposing adjustments to these norms to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the Territorial Ordering Plan (Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial). This role is critical for ensuring that urban development aligns with strategic planning objectives and regulatory frameworks. The contract is for a duration of 11 months and is being procured through direct contracting. The selected professional will conduct in-depth analyses of existing urban regulations, assess their practical application, and provide recommendations for improvement.
