Delivery period: from the date of signing the contract until 10.09.2026 (inclusive). The supplier delivers the goods according to the specification (Appendix No. 1) to the contract and in accordance with the technical specification (Appendix No. 1.1), on working days from 8:00 to 15:00, in batches (delivery volumes are determined by the Customer in the request (by phone or email or instant message (Viber or WhatsApp)), within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of such request. The volume of each batch is determined by the Customer depending on the actual need. A batch of goods under this contract is considered a delivery of goods in the volume determined by each individual Customer request.
Delivery location: warehouse of COMMUNAL NON-PROFIT ENTERPRISE "DNEPROPETROVSK REGIONAL CLINICAL HOSPITAL NAMED AFTER I.I. MECHNIKOV" OF THE DNEPROPETROVSK REGIONAL COUNCIL", Soborna Square, building 14, Dnipro city, 49005, Ukraine. Unloading of goods is carried out in the premises (1st and 2nd floors) of the hospital warehouse by the Supplier's representatives.
Method of delivery: Upon delivery, the goods must be accompanied by documents provided for by current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, a copy (copies) of the current document(s) that confirm(s) the compliance of the procurement item with the requirements of technical regulations for medical devices with appendices (if any), or a notification of the placing on the market and putting into use of certain medical devices for which the requirements of technical regulations have not been met, but their use is necessary in the interests of public health, duly certified by the Supplier, as well as the document specified in the technical specification (Appendix No. 1.1) to the contract and quality certificate(s)/passport(s), user manual(s), etc. In the primary documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.), the Supplier must indicate wholesale selling prices and the amount of trade (retail) markup in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2009 No. 333 "Some issues of state regulation of prices for medicines and medical devices" (as amended) and/or the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 17, 2008 No. 955 "On measures to stabilize prices for medicines and medical devices" (as amended), if the cost of medical devices is subject to reimbursement in accordance with the law.
The Supplier ensures such packaging of the goods as is necessary to prevent damage or spoilage during transportation to the final destination specified in the contract. The goods are delivered to the Customer in packaging that ensures storage during transportation and complies with established standards. The goods are transferred to the Customer in the manufacturer's packaging, which must not be deformed or damaged. The packaging must contain labeling in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, which allows identification of the goods, their origin, and production date. Transportation of goods is carried out by vehicles that comply with the conditions for transporting medical devices.
Acceptance of goods is carried out at the Customer's warehouse in accordance with the accompanying documents: delivery note, waybill.
The transfer of risks for the goods occurs at the moment of transfer of the goods according to the delivery note.
The Supplier is responsible for damage to the goods due to transportation until the goods are transferred to the Customer at the place of delivery.
Payment terms: Payments for delivered goods are made according to the invoice(s) based on the delivery note(s) with deferred payment terms up to 30 (thirty) calendar days. In case of delay in receiving funds from the National Health Service of Ukraine to the Customer's current account, payments for delivered goods are made within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of funds by the Customer to their registration account.
Payments for goods are made in non-cash form.
Funding source – receipts from the NHSU and own funds.
Expenditure of funds is carried out exclusively within the limits and at the expense of actual receipts of funds to the Customer's registration account.
ATTENTION! The quantitative and technical requirements of the goods offered by the Supplier must comply with the requirements specified in the request for supplier proposals, in particular in the draft contract, which is an integral part of the request for supplier proposals, and the proposals of the selection winner.
ATTENTION! REQUIREMENT!!! The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
