At the time of signing the contract, the Supplier shall provide an original letter of guarantee from the manufacturer (representative office, branch of the manufacturer – if their respective powers extend to the territory of Ukraine) or a representative, dealer, or distributor authorized by the manufacturer, confirming the possibility of supplying the goods that are the subject of this procurement and proposed by the participant, in the quantity, with the shelf life, and within the deadlines specified in the tender proposal of the participant. The letter of guarantee must include the procurement identifier (announcement number) published on the official portal of the Authorized Body, as well as the name of the subject of procurement and the name of the customer according to the announcement.
