На виконання Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для підтримки пріоритетних напрямів наукових досліджень і науково-технічних (експериментальних) розробок, наукової і науково-технічної діяльності закладів вищої освіти та наукових установ, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 січня 2025 року № 28 (в редакції постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 січня 2026 року № 116) (далі – Порядок) наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 05.03.2026 № 412 «Про організацію фінансування Міністерством освіти і науки України наукової і науково-технічної діяльності закладів вищої освіти та наукових установ з урахуванням результатів їх державної атестації» (зі змінами, внесеними наказом від 24.03.2026 № 507) МОН затвердило розподіл коштів для фінансування наукової та науково-технічної діяльності закладів вищої освіти та наукових установ (далі – ЗВО / НУ), які за результатами державної атестації віднесено до груп А і Б. Відповідно до пункту 5 Порядку використання коштів, передбачених у державному бюджеті для підтримки пріоритетних напрямів наукових досліджень і науково-технічних (експериментальних) розробок, наукової і науково-технічної діяльності закладів вищої освіти та наукових установ, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 січня 2025 року № 28 (в редакції постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 січня 2026 року № 116), бюджетні кошти, спрямовані державним ЗВО / НУ, які за результатами державної атестації віднесені до групи А та Б, використовуються, зокрема для створення та розвитку дослідницької інфраструктури.
