Dit betreft de levering van digitale 360°-panoramafoto’s van de openbare ruimte (wegen, kruisingen, pleinen etc.) van het eigen gemeentelijk grondgebied. De foto’s worden vanuit een voertuig en met een vaste onderlinge afstand gemaakt. De 360° panoramafoto’s worden ingepast in het RD-coördinatensysteem, waarna deze met behulp van een specifieke viewer op de juiste plaats getoond worden. Ten behoeve van het opzoeken en bekijken van 360° panoramafoto’s dient opdrachtnemer een webbased viewer (SaaS-oplossing) beschikbaar te stellen gedurende de contractperiode plus 6 maanden, inclusief de bij deelnemers beschikbare historie. Dit maakt onderdeel uit van de opdracht, zie programma van eisen paragraaf: 8.2 ‘Ontsluiting historische data binnen de viewer’. De 360° panoramafoto’s dienen periodiek vervangen te worden door meer recente exemplaren, zodat voortdurend foto’s beschikbaar zijn die, voor betreffend kalenderjaar, een actuele situatie ter plaatse weergeven. Gelet op het bovenstaande wensen alle aan de aanbesteding deelnemende gemeenten gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst eenmaal per jaar 360° panoramafoto’s van hun gehele wegennet geleverd te krijgen.
