2. The contractor shall be responsible for performing any work that is naturally necessary for this project.
3. Upon award or modification, for contracts of 5 million yen or more, the contractor shall create a "Construction Record" based on the Construction Record Service (CORINS) input system (The Construction Information Center Foundation), obtain confirmation from the supervisor, and submit the registration application to the registration body within 10 days of the contract award, within 10 days of any change, or within 10 days of project completion.
(However, for projects between 5 million yen and 25 million yen, registration is only required upon award and modification.) Furthermore, upon receipt of the "Construction Record Receipt" issued by The Construction Information Center Foundation, the contractor must immediately submit a copy to the supervisor.
If the modification and completion dates are within 10 days of each other, submission at the time of modification may be omitted.
4. During construction, the contractor must join fire insurance or contractor's liability insurance equivalent to fire insurance and submit a copy of the policy to the supervisor.
The coverage period shall be from the start of construction until 14 days after the scheduled completion date.
5. Completion documents shall be submitted in both written and electronic formats after consultation with the supervisor.
6. The quantities in the breakdown are reference quantities.
7. This project is not subject to the 5-day work week system.
Special Specifications Article 1: The contractor shall perform work in accordance with the Gifu Prefecture General Specifications for Construction Work for matters not specifically defined.
Article 2: Registration of Construction Record Information: In accordance with Gifu Prefecture General Specifications for Construction Work, Part 1, General Part, 1-1-6, construction record information shall be registered for projects with a contract amount of 5 million yen or more through registration in Collins. The procedure is as shown in Appendix 1.
Article 3: Cooperation with Public Works Labor Cost Survey: 1. If this project is selected as a target for the client's public works labor cost survey, the contractor must accurately complete and submit survey forms, etc., to the client and provide necessary cooperation.

2. If the contractor becomes subject to on-site surveys and guidance by the client after submitting survey forms, the contractor must cooperate with their implementation.

3. To ensure accurate survey forms can be submitted if this project becomes a target for the public works labor cost survey, the contractor must properly manage the working hours and wages of on-site workers on a daily basis, including creating and preserving wage ledgers in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, etc., and establishing work rules.
4. If the contractor subcontracts part of this project, the contractor must stipulate that the subcontractor (including sub-subcontractors for part of the subcontracted work) is also subject to the same obligations as stated in the preceding three paragraphs.
Article 4: Proper Disposal of Industrial Waste: When industrial waste is removed from the construction site, the contractor must follow the supervisor's instructions, submit and confirm related documents, conduct on-site confirmation of disposal facilities, and manage the disposal status of construction waste to ensure that industrial waste is properly disposed of until final disposal.
Article 5: Submission of Implementation Status: In the construction work, the contractor must evaluate items related to their own initiatives, technical capabilities, or contributions to the local community...
