The price of the Goods includes all taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, costs associated with pre-sale preparation and sale of the Goods to the Customer, all costs of the Supplier, including the cost of transportation services for delivery of the Goods to the place of delivery specified in this Agreement, performance of loading and unloading services during the delivery of the Goods, verification of completeness, integrity and absence of damage in the presence of representatives of the Customer
