Бургас, находяща се в УПИ V, кв. 3, по плана на ж.к. „Зорница“ и обновяване на прилежащото пространство, до приемане и въвеждане в експлоатация, съгласно изискванията на ЗУТ“, към рамково споразумение №93-ОП25-13/11/07.07.2025г., с предмет: “Извършване на консултантски услуги за оценяване на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти и упражняване на строителен надзор при строително-монтажни работи, възлагани от Община Бургас по "Обособена позиция 4: Упражняване на строителен надзор на строежи от първа до пета категория с изключение на обектите по чл. 14, ал. 2 от Закона за Камарата на строителите на обекти от високото строителство". В обхвата на договора са включени следните услуги: -упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителство за строежи от първа до пета категория, по чл. 168 и чл. 169б от ЗУТ, в т.ч. геодезическо заснемане на строежа по чл. 54а от Закона за кадастъра и имотния регистър и проект за изменение и/или допълнение на Кадастралната карта и кадастралните регистри във връзка с нанасяне на строежите; -изготвяне на технически паспорт за строежа по чл. 2, ал. 1, т. 1 и 3 в обхвата посочен в чл. 4 от НАРЕДБА №5 от 28.12.2006 г. за техническите паспорти на строежите, издадена от Министъра на регионалното развитие и благоустройството, обн. ДВ, бр. 7 от 23.01.02007г. За конкретния строеж, строителният надзор обхваща всички части (специалности) от проектната документация и издадено разрешение за строеж. Срок на договора: „Срокът за изпълнение на конкретен вид услуга е за целия период на изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи на обекта до въвеждането му в експлоатация по реда на чл. 177 от Закон за устройство на територията и Наредба №2/2003г. за въвеждане в експлоатация на строежите в Република България.“ Договор за безвъзмездна финансова помощ №BG16FFPR003-1.001-0057-C01 по ПРРР 2021-2027г.
