Separate position 4: Exercising construction supervision of constructions from the first to the fifth category, excluding the sites referred to in Art. 14, para. 2 of the Law on the Chamber of Builders for high-rise construction sites

Contract No. 93-OP25-13(241) dated 30.04.2026 concluded with the subject: “Site: ‘Major repair, reconstruction and conversion of buildings with identifiers 07079.618.3.12., 07079.618.3.13 and 07079.618.3.14 according to the Cadastral Map of Burgas and adjacent fence and adjacent space’ – phased construction, Phase II – building with identifier 07079.618.3.14 and the southern part of building with identifier 07079.618.12 between structural axes 1 and 6, adjacent fence and adjacent space.”, under framework agreement No. 93-OP25-13/11/07.07.2025, with the subject: “Provision of consultancy services for conformity assessment of investment projects and exercising construction supervision during construction and assembly works, commissioned by Burgas Municipality under 'Separate position 4: Exercising construction supervision of constructions from the first to the fifth category, excluding the sites referred to in Art. 14, para. 2 of the Law on the Chamber of Builders for high-rise construction sites'. The scope of the contract includes the following services: - exercising construction supervision during construction for constructions from the first to the fifth category, under Art. 168 and Art. 169b of the Spatial Development Act, incl. geodesic survey of the construction under Art. 54a of the Cadastre and Property Register Act and a project for amendment and/or supplement of the Cadastral Map and cadastral registers in connection with the mapping of the constructions; - preparation of a technical passport for the construction under Art. 2, para. 1, items 1 and 3 within the scope specified in Art. 4 of ORDINANCE No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports of constructions, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, published in the State Gazette, issue 7 of 23.01.2007. For the specific construction, the construction supervision covers all parts (specialties) of the design documentation and the issued building permit. Contract duration: ‘The period for performing a specific type of service is for the entire period of execution of the construction and assembly works of the site until its commissioning in accordance with Art. 177 of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance No. 2/2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria.’
