御嵩町公告契約第４号下記の業務について、条件付き一般競争入札を行うので、御嵩町契約規則(昭和39年御嵩町規則第７号)第２条及び第３条の規定に基づき次のとおり公告する。令和８年４月８日御嵩町長 渡辺 幸伸１．入札に関する事項(1) 仕様書番号 御教文委第８-２号(2) 委託名 中山道排水対策詳細設計業務委託(3) 履行等場所 御嵩町謡坂地内(4) 委託概要 国史跡である中山道について、概略設計を踏まえて排水対策の調査設計等を行う。・測量業務 基準点測量 3級3点 4級12点現地測量 1/500 A=0.0111k㎡路線測量 0.33km・設計業務 排水路設計 L=0.33km関係機関との協議資料作成・用地測量業務 一式(5) 履行期間 契約締結日 から 令和９年３月19日 まで(6) 予定価格 事後公表(7) 低入札調査価格 無し(8) 最低制限価格 無し(9) 内訳書の提出 必要※内訳書の提出がない場合、入札は無効となりますので、ご注意ください。(10) 入札保証金 免除(11) 入札方法 【電子入札】なお、電子入札システムによりがたい者は、発注者の承諾を得た場合に限り書面で提出することができます。(12) 契約方法 本契約は原則、電子契約にて行います。２．入札参加資格業種及び総合評定値業種：測量【測量】・公告日において、御嵩町競争入札参加資格者名簿に上記の営業品目の登録があること。業務実績に関する条件該当なし配置技術者等に関する条件該当なし事業所の所在地に関する条件該当なし設計業務等の受託者等該当なしその他の条件(1) 地方自治法施行令(昭和22年政令第16号)第167条の４の規定に該当しないこと。(2) 御嵩町競争入札参加資格停止措置要領(平成４年訓令甲第８号)に基づく資格停止期間中でないこと。(3) 法人町民税その他の地方税を滞納していないこと。(4) 会社更生法(平成14年法律第154号)第17条第１項の規定による更生手続開始の申立てをしている者でないこと又は同条第２項の規定による更生手続開始の申立てをなされてないこと。(5) 民事再生法(平成11年法律第225号)第21条第1項の規定による再生手続開始の申立てをしている者又は同条第２項の規定による再生手続開始の申立てをなされている者でないこと。(6) 御嵩町から、「御嵩町が行う契約からの暴力団排除に関する措置要綱(平成22年訓令甲第41号)」に基づく入札参加資格停止措置を、競争入札参加資格確認申請期限日から入札の日までの期間内に受けていないこと。又は同要綱別表に掲げる措置基準に該当しないこと。３．担当課区分 担当課名 電話番号 所在地入札担当課 御嵩町総務部総務課財政係0574-67-2111(内線2306) 〒505-0192可児郡御嵩町御嵩1239-1業務担当課御嵩町教育委員会生涯学習課文化振興係0574-67-2111(内線3040)４．入札日程手続等 期間・期日 方法・場所設計図書の閲覧令和8年4月8日(水)落札決定した日まで午後4時から御嵩町ホームページからダウンロード質疑の受付令和8年4月8日(水)令和8年4月14日(火)午後4時から正午までホームページ上の入力フォームによる方法回答書の閲覧 回答対応したものから順次、御嵩町ホームページにて入札参加申請 令和8年4月17日(金) 午後4時必着電子入札システムによる申請参加資格の確認 令和8年4月20日(月) 午前9時から 電子入札システムによる入札書提出受付期限令和8年4月24日(金)令和8年4月27日(月)午前9時から午後4時まで電子入札システムによる開札 令和8年4月28日(火) 午前10時から電子入札システムによる御嵩町役場本庁舎２階※紙入札者の場合は、各書類の提出は持参のみとし、郵送又は電送によるものは受け付けません(期間・期日は同じ)。※質疑の受付(町HP ＞ 事業者の方 ＞ 入札情報 ＞ 入札に係る質問方法について)５．その他(1) 天災その他やむを得ない理由により、入札又は開札を行うことができないときは、これを中止する。また、入札者が一人だけの場合は、入札を中止することがある。これらの場合における損害は、入札者の負担とする。(2) 申請書の提出、設計図書等の閲覧等の手続は、上記入札日程のうち、日曜日、土曜日、祝日その他役場の休日を除く日とする。(電子入札にあっては、電子入札システムによる。)(3) 低入札価格調査の基準となる価格を設定した場合は、予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低の価格をもって入札をした者の当該入札価格によってはその者により当該契約の内容に適合した履行が確保できないおそれがあると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認められるときは、その者を落札者とせず、予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札をした他の者のうち、最低の価格をもって入札をした者を落札者とすることがある。(4) 関係様式は、御嵩町ホームページからダウンロードするか、御嵩町総務課窓口で配布を受けること。以上
