Η μελέτη – κατασκευή του έργου «ΑΝΕΓΕΡΣΗ 4ΟΥ ΟΛΟΗΜΕΡΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΟΥ ΣΧΟΛΕΙΟΥ ΜΑΡΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ ΜΕΣΟΓΑΙΑΣ» θα κατασκευασθεί σε οικόπεδο επιφάνειας 3.801,71 τ.μ. ιδιοκτησίας του Δήμου Μαρκόπουλου. Το κτίριο θα είναι διώροφο με κάλυψη της τάξης των 1.595,48 τ.μ. και δόμηση 2.078,12τ.μ. (ισόγειο και Α όροφος) με πατάρι 84,88τ.μ, ημιυπαίθριους χώρους σε ισόγειο και Α όροφο συνολικής επιφάνειας 773,41τ.μ., με εξώστες επιφάνειας 281,56 τ.μ. και υπόγειο 946,42τ.μ. (βοηθητικοί χώροι , χώροι στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων) Θα κατασκευασθούν 12 αίθουσες διδασκαλίας με wc αγοριών κοριτσιών τόσο στο ισόγειο όσο και στον Α όροφο, ενώ οι αίθουσες των εργαστηρίων καθώς και η αίθουσα ένταξης τοποθετούνται στον όροφο. Κατασκευάζεται γήπεδο μπάσκετ- βόλεϊ και φυτεύεται ο περιβάλλον χώρος καθώς και τμήματα του δώματος. Ειδικότερα, αφορά στην εκπόνηση και σύνταξη των πάσης φύσεως μελετών, κυρίων/υποστηρικτικών/ ερευνών κ.λπ., καθώς και στην κατασκευή των οιονδήποτε οικοδομικών και η/μ εργασιών, για την κάλυψη των αναγκών του κτιριολογικού προγράμματος.
