The Defensoría del Pueblo (Ombudsman's Office) is seeking to contract professional services to support the Delegate for the Prevention of Risks of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law Violations - SAT. This initiative aims to bolster the management and monitoring of projects, plans, and strategies that are crucial for the work of human rights defenders, social leaders, and their associated organizations and collectives within Colombia. The services required are professional in nature and will be provided on a service contract basis. The contracting entity is the Defensoría del Pueblo, and the location for this engagement is Bogotá, Distrito Capital de Bogotá. This is a direct contracting process, identified by the reference DEF-520-2026. The contract duration is set at 330 days. The objective is to ensure effective oversight and advancement of initiatives designed to protect and promote the rights and safety of individuals and groups actively engaged in human rights advocacy and social leadership across the country.
