Original language: noOppdraget gjelder kartlegging av den tekniske tilstanden på bygninger forvaltet av Bærum Kommune Eiendom (BKE). Denne anskaffelsen gjelder boliger, og omfatter om lag 200 000 m² og ca 220 bygninger.Kartleggingen gjennomføres med utgangspunkt i NS 3424:2012/G2:2020 og registreringene bygges opp etter NS 3451:2022 Bygningsdelstabell og systemkodetabell for bygninger og tilhørende uteområder. Kartleggingen skal resultere i én sluttrapport per eiendom/bygning, og BKEs egne maler for rapportering skal benyttes og det skal legges inn i Plania.Formålet med tilstandsrapporten er å få oversikt over etterslep i bygningsmassen. Sammen med forslag til tiltak med kostnad skal dette gi utgangspunkt til en 10-årig vedlikeholdsplan for hver eiendom.Oppdragsgiver har vurdert klima‑ og miljøbelastningen knyttet til denne anskaffelsen av rådgivende ingeniørtjenester. Tjenestene består i hovedsak av konsulent‑ og analysetjenester, og anskaffelsen har etter sin art et klimaavtrykk og en miljøbelastning som er uvesentlig, jf. anskaffelsesforskriften § 7‑9 femte ledd.
