If you have applied for the Reiwa 8 Fiscal Year Construction Work Competitive Bidding Participation Area Registration (hereinafter referred to as "Area Registration Application"), "main business office" shall be read as "business office designated in the Area Registration Application".
2. Those with a Grade C in civil engineering general construction in the Reiwa 8 Fiscal Year Kochi Prefecture Construction Work Competitive Bidding Participation Qualification Certificate, and whose main business office is located in Ino Town. 4 Construction Experience Must have construction experience that meets all of the following requirements for a single contract.
1. Must have been completed and delivered as the prime contractor since Reiwa 23.
2. The client must be a national or local government entity.
3. The contract type must be a sole proprietorship or a joint venture with an equity ratio of 20% or more.
4. The final contract amount (including tax) must be 20 million yen or more for civil engineering general construction.
5. The construction location must be within Kochi Prefecture.
5 Planned Personnel Must be able to assign a chief engineer or supervising engineer who meets the following requirements to this construction.
Note: For contracts of 45 million yen or more (90 million yen for architectural construction), the chief engineer, etc., must be assigned exclusively.
