Butter DSTU 4399:2005

Payment for the goods is made only after their actual receipt by the Customer based on properly executed delivery notes from the Supplier within 30 (thirty) banking days from the moment of receipt of the goods and relevant documents that are the basis for payment.
Delivery of goods under this Agreement is carried out according to the request within 5 (five) working days from the moment it is sent to the Supplier and according to the Customer's approximate delivery schedule (appendix 3). The request is sent weekly by sending an email from the Customer's email address ______________________ to the Supplier's email address _____________________. Proof of receipt of the request is considered a confirmation letter about the receipt of the request from the Supplier within one working day. In the absence of such a letter within the specified period, the Customer's request is considered accepted by the Supplier in full and is subject to execution. Proof that the Supplier has received the Customer's Request is considered confirmation of the request sent by the administrator of the mail domain – @dpsu.gov.ua.
Delivery period of goods until May 31, 2026.
5.2. Place of delivery (transfer) of goods: Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier's transport. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Customer is carried out on DDP terms (in accordance with the International Commercial Terms Incoterms 2010 edition) at the address: Cherkasy region, Cherkasy district, Khutory village.
*The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.
