5. Klipphausen Commercial Area Expansion - 2nd Phase

This tender concerns the second construction phase for the expansion of the Klipphausen commercial area. The project involves extensive civil engineering and infrastructure works. Key components include the installation of approximately 1,800 meters of construction fencing and comprehensive technical processing of structures. Surveying services are also required.

The scope of work encompasses the creation of approximately 15,250 square meters of construction roads across several sub-areas. Significant work is planned for wastewater management, including the excavation of 2,500 cubic meters of soil, installation of 3,850 square meters of geotextile, backfilling 2,150 cubic meters, and implementing 4,300 square meters of trench shoring. This includes laying 1,190 meters of PP DN 250 pipes, installing shafts and fittings, conducting tests, and managing water levels.

For rainwater management, the project requires the construction of 935 meters of retention basins, including stone pitching, concrete, and hydraulic engineering paving over 520 square meters. It also involves installing 61 shafts, 1,270 meters of pipes (ranging from DN 800 Sb to DN 300 K), and 4,500 square meters of root barriers.

Furthermore, the tender includes works for the potable water supply system, involving the removal of 510 cubic meters of topsoil, 1,550 square meters of shoring, excavation of 1,275 cubic meters of soil, and laying 1,250 meters of piping with angles and fittings, along with testing and water management.

Public lighting will be installed, requiring the creation of 1,350 meters of cable trenches and the erection of 35 lamp posts with foundations and luminaires. Electrical supply cable trenches (1,450 meters) and conduit routes (1,250 meters) will also be constructed.

The project also includes provisions for fire water, such as excavating a 1,000 cubic meter construction pit, constructing two reinforced concrete cisterns, and associated technical processing and access areas. Finally, extensive traffic infrastructure development is planned, including earthworks, laying 1,400 meters of drainage pipes, preparing 15,900 square meters of subgrade, installing concrete and granite curbs, laying asphalt layers (base, binder, and surface courses totaling 11,150 square meters each), and paving road and sidewalk areas. The scope also covers the installation of traffic signs, road markings, and adjustments in connecting areas. Additionally, 3,052 meters of conduit bundles for broadband infrastructure will be laid.
