5. Expansion GWG Klipphausen 1st phase - Lot 1 New construction of basin (retention soil filter system)

This tender concerns the first construction phase of the 5th expansion of the GWG Klipphausen facility, specifically Lot 1, which involves the new construction of a basin designed as a retention soil filter system. The scope of work is extensive and includes a variety of civil engineering and construction activities. Key elements of the project include the installation of approximately 1,000 m of construction fencing and the technical processing of structures. Significant earthworks are required, such as the creation of 1,500 m³ of construction roads, excavation of 990 m³ for the construction pit, and the loosening and utilization of 33,100 m³ of soil or rock. The project also specifies the preparation of a 120 m² cleanliness layer for structures and the installation of two grit chambers, including fittings. Infrastructure works include 480 m of concrete curbs, 408 m of DN 800 concrete pipe, 22 m of DN 1000 concrete pipe, 255 m of DN200 drainage collectors, and 840 m of DN150 fully draining pipes. The project also encompasses 1,860 m² of hydraulic engineering paving, 810 m³ of frost protection, 1,000 m² of asphalt base course, 1,680 m² of gravel base course, and 1,470 m² of top layer without binder. Finally, the scope includes 600 m of fencing, 5,200 m² of basin planting, a 16 m DN 800 pipe culvert, and the creation of 505 m of trenches. Testing and camera inspections are also specified.
