5. Expansion GWG Klipphausen, 1st Construction Phase - Lot 2: Wastewater Pressure Pipeline, Pumping Station, Transfer Shaft, Road Surface Renovation, Broadband Expansion, Rainwater Pipeline

This tender concerns the fifth expansion project for GWG Klipphausen, specifically the first construction phase (1. BA) and Lot 2. The project involves significant infrastructure development and renovation within the Klipphausen area. Key components include the installation of approximately 2,426 meters of DN 150 wastewater pressure pipelines, requiring two launch and two receiving pits with appropriate shoring and dewatering. A crucial element is the construction of a pumping station (Pumpstation) with a 200 m³ construction pit and associated electrical supply lines, along with a transfer shaft (Übergabeschacht) constructed from concrete, including two such structures.
