Therefore, bidders shall submit a bid form stating an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable businesses or tax-exempt businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax. However, the fuel cost adjustment amount due to fluctuations in fuel prices for power generation costs, etc., and the renewable energy generation promotion surcharge shall not be included in the bid amount.
