As a result of the 1st phase of this procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a total framework amount of HUF 1,460,356,928 net. The task of the successful tenderer is to operate local public bus services according to the timetable, to ensure passenger transport services, for the 5th part in the territory of the Central-Western Hungary traffic region. The task of the successful tenderer, based on the framework agreement concluded, is to provide buses of the type and seating capacity specified in the individual contract awarded, to pick up passengers, to perform passenger transport tasks, to carry out the necessary administration, to handle specific customer requests on-site, and to perform other tasks detailed in the technical description in compliance with the legal framework. During the term of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority is entitled to conclude individual contract(s) up to the upper limit of the framework amount, the expected quantity for the 5th part of which is a total of 1,619,820 scheduled kilometers (km) of passenger transport services using buses of the type specified above, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation regarding it. The expected magnitude of the direct order for passenger transport with the largest bus - without considering the expected magnitude of concurrent individual contracts - is expected to reach and/or exceed 539,940 scheduled kilometers for the 5th part, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation regarding it. The Contracting Authority understands scheduled kilometers to exclude service and overhead kilometers. The Contracting Authority understands "scheduled kilometers" to mean kilometers traveled with passengers as announced in the timetable, including services running parallel to scheduled services, or periodically in relation to such services, running on the full or a shorter section of the route of the announced service, possibly skipping some stops (second part). The Contracting Authority understands "service kilometers" to mean performance related to the transport task due to traffic and technical reasons (e.g., transfers between services, entries and exits, return legs of second parts, refueling runs), and "overhead kilometers" to mean performance of "operational" runs not related to the provision of passenger transport services (e.g., relocation of buses between depots, test drives). After the conclusion of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority intends to satisfy its procurement needs arising during the term of the framework agreement through direct orders. The expected maximum number of buses to be used concurrently during the term of the framework agreement is 6 buses, with at least 65 seats (by "seats" the Contracting Authority means the sum of the number of seats and standing places for the given bus, with the bus driver's seat not included in the seat count), and with at least Euro V environmental classification, single-deck buses. The buses must be of M3/II class. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the procurement, particularly regarding the buses and bus drivers to be involved in the performance, are included in the technical description, which forms part of the procurement documents.
