При постачанні Товару автотранспорт Постачальника повинен бути забезпечений: насосом для його зливу, лічильником обліку палива або мати засіб вимірювання об'єму, який має свідоцтво про повірку і обладнаний покажчиком рівня наповнення та обладнаний протипожежним оснащенням згідно з Правилами пожежної безпеки в Україні, засобами збору витоків та розливів палива.
Перед відвантаженням кожної партії товару, Постачальник повинен надіслати копії документів, що підтверджують належність йому або залучення ним бензовозу, а також копію Свідоцтва про повірку законодавчо-регульованого засобу вимірювальної техніки, з обов’язковим Додатком до свідоцтва, із зазначенням місткості (літражу) дійсного об’єму секцій по нижньому та верхньому покажчику рівня рідини по секціях.
