Contract concluded №93-OP25-13/260/22.05.2026, with the subject: "Exercising construction supervision during construction and installation works for the object: \"Reconstruction and improvement of inter-block urban space for recreation in the southern part of UPI 1, quarter 44, according to the plan of residential complex \"Lazur\", city of Burgas\" and the adjacent street regulation\" - phased construction: 1st phase - zones A, B and C and their adjacent territories, located south of the alley connecting the existing bus stop and Georgi Baev Street, under framework agreement №93-OP25-13/12/07.07.2025, with the subject: \"Separate lot 5: Exercising construction supervision of constructions from the first to the fifth category for improvement and landscaping of territories, strengthening of landslides, embankments, reclamation, etc.\" Performing consulting services for assessing the compliance of investment projects and exercising construction supervision during construction and installation works, awarded by the Municipality of Burgas under Separate lot 5: Exercising construction supervision of constructions from the first to the fifth category for improvement and landscaping of territories, strengthening of landslides, embankments, reclamation, etc.\". The scope of the contract includes the following services (considering the specifics of the site): - exercising construction supervision during construction for constructions from the first to the fifth category, under Art. 168 and 169b of the Spatial Development Act, incl. geodesic survey of the construction under Art. 54 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act and a project for amendment and/or supplement of the Cadastral Map and cadastral registers in connection with the mapping of the constructions, - preparation of a technical passport for the construction under Art. 2, para. 1, items 1 and 3 in the scope specified in Art. 4 of ORDINANCE №5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports of constructions, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, published in the State Gazette, issue 7 of 23.01.2007. For the specific construction, the construction supervision covers all parts (specialties) of the design documentation and the issued construction permit. Contract duration: \"for the entire period of execution of the construction and installation works of the site until its commissioning in accordance with the procedure of Art. 177 of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance № 2/2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria.
