a sealed envelope and the respective process number, date, and opening
time must be placed on the outside. ******** e. Submitted offers must be signed and
sealed by the Legal Representative of the Company or their designated representative. It is
mandatory to attach the technical specifications of the offered items, describe the respective
tax (if applicable); Delivery time is a determining factor at the time of
award, as well as indicating the warranty period (if applicable) and the validity of the
offers. ******** f. It is mandatory to comply with the delivery
dates stated in the Offers; in case of non-compliance, the fines
established in article 88 of the General Provisions of the 2023 Budget will be applied, and
