Hard cheese 50%, DSTU 6003/DSTU 4421.
Each type of purchased product must be packed in packaging that complies with current
standards and ensures the preservation of the product during transport and storage and
must be accompanied by a manufacturer's declaration (or quality certificate
for goods, or quality certificate, etc.), which contains the following information:
- name and address of the manufacturer;
- name of the food product and other information necessary for
product identification (including batch weight);
- reference to sanitary measures, technical regulations or standards,
compliance with which is certified;
- conditions under which such compliance will be maintained (conditions
of transportation, storage and other circulation conditions);
- date of issue, name, signature and position of the person who issued the document;
- reference to expert opinions or research protocols, etc. (with
indication of the name of the authorized accredited laboratory, number and
date) on the basis of which the product compliance is established.
The price for product delivery is included in the product price.
The remaining shelf life of the product at the time of delivery must be at least 80% of the total shelf life of this product.
