Qualification Requirements: 1. Not falling under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law (Cabinet Order No. 16 of 1947). 2. Must have a permit under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Industry Act (Law No. 100 of 1949) and be registered in the Ichikikushino City Construction Work Bidding Qualification Register. 3. Not be in a period of business suspension under Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Industry Act. 4. Must meet the conditions presented by the city at the time of the announcement. 5. Must be able to properly assign a site supervisor under Article 19-2 of the Construction Industry Act and a chief or supervising engineer under Article 26 of the same law for the work. 6. Must not be under a suspension of bidding during the period from the announcement to the bid, in accordance with the provisions of the Ichikikushino City Qualified Contractor Suspension Guidelines (Ichikikushino City Public Notice No. 26 of Reiwa 18). 7.
