Дейността има за цел да осигури включването на 500 заети лица от целевата група в специфично професионално обучение по прилагане на нови методи и техники за ресурсна ефективност с цел намаляване на вредното въздействие върху околната среда. С реализиране на обучението ще се постигант следните цели: 1. Подпомагане на заетите лица чрез ефективни действия, включващи предоставяне на възможности за квалификация, преквалификация и придобиване на нови умения, с цел адаптиране към съвременните изисквания на работодателите; 2. Алтернативна подкрепа за целевите групи чрез предоставяне на качествени и достъпни услуги за повишаване на компетентностите, в чийто център са нуждите и потребностите на отделния служител в условията на гарантирано право на избор; 3. Повишаване адекватността и уменията на служителите, съобразно актуалните нужди на бизнеса; 4. Увеличаване производителността на труда, създаване на условия за устойчива заетост и осигуряване на по-качествени работни места; 5.
