Localized neighborhood plan program 29'990 in development zone 3 on land originally zone 5. The 3 residential buildings (A-B-C) will be organized around a common courtyard and will rise 8 levels, including a common basement connecting everything. Building C, future property of the City of Lancy, will house a daycare center on 2 levels, and 14 housing units, currently authorized as HLM-LUP on the following 4 floors. The other 2 buildings will offer commercial spaces on the ground floor, divisible according to tenant needs, and up to 30 apartments on the following five floors, intended for rent ZD LOC for building B, future property of the municipal real estate foundation of Lancy, and for sale as condominium units for building A. The operational assignments of buildings C and B will be reversed, i.e., ZD Loc and HLM-LUP respectively.
