501 purchase - Supply of cold modified asphalt mixture for cold use - SSÚD 10 Ostrov u Stříbra

The subject of the public procurement awarded within the established DNS will be the supply of cold asphalt mixture for cold use in three different specifications according to the Contracting Authority's needs, namely: a) Asphalt mixture for cold use, which may contain emulsifiers or solvents, and which must, according to the technical data sheet and declaration of conformity, allow processing without special measures at temperatures down to 5° C and storage for at least 6 months from delivery. Processability of the mixture means the material's property allowing its use within the temperature range required by the specification, where no tools other than hand tools (shovel, rake) are needed for processing and application of such material into the pothole. Under these conditions, the material must not form lumps or cohesive clusters that cannot be freely spread with the edge of a shovel to evenly fill the volume of the repaired area. The material will be delivered to the destination as needed in packages of max. 25 kg in plastic bags or buckets, cumulatively on standard transport pallets. b) Modified asphalt mixture for cold use without solvents or other hazardous volatile substances must, according to the technical data sheet and declaration of conformity, be fully processable in winter (down to -10° C) and when wet, without the need for preheating or tempering, and must allow storage for up to 2 years without special measures (even if stored loose) without losing its properties. Processability of the mixture means the material's property allowing its use within the temperature range required by the specification, where no tools other than hand tools (shovel, rake) are needed for processing and application of such material into the pothole. Under these conditions, the material must not form lumps or cohesive clusters that cannot be freely spread with the edge of a shovel to evenly fill the volume of the repaired area. The asphalt mixture will be delivered in a selectable grain size of 0/4 or 0/8 mm to the destination as needed, either in the form of a loose mixture or in packaging (bags or buckets) with a maximum weight of 25 kg, cumulatively on standard transport pallets. c) Reactive asphalt mixture with water-based polymers without solvents, which must, according to the technical data sheet and declaration of conformity, allow fully functional application under adverse climatic conditions. The material with a selectable grain size of 0/4, 0/8, or 0/11 mm will be delivered to the destination as needed in suitable waterproof transport packaging for easy handling and cumulatively on standard transport pallets, does not require special measures for long-term storage without losing its properties and quality, but for at least 9 months from delivery. Ancillary material such as primer and joint filler, according to the technical data sheet and manufacturer's recommendations, will be part of the delivery.
